• For all international shipments we use UPS and charge just £8

We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends or a national holiday.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email containing your specific tracking number. If you do not receive, please email info@kemiactive.com

All orders require a signature on delivery.

Make sure your delivery address is secure and attended during business hours. We cannot send to PO Boxes/Locked Bags, please ensure a street address is given. 

Kemi Active is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided or after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address. 

Duties and taxes may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
